This year we have a special song in our writing class. This song is “We are a band” of Audio Adrenaline. This is a song about everything that Christ has done for us and with it you can also feel all the love of Christ. It served to us to bring us together as good classmates and friends. We will always remember the great moments that we enjoy singing “We are a band”.
We want to thank Miss Raquel for giving us and share with us this great song. Thanks for everything!

The analects are a collection of philosophical aphorisms or proverbs, written by Confucius, that offer universal truths about life. With these aphorisms, Confucius provides advices that leave readers to draw their own conclusion. He urges ordinary citizens to respect authority figures, and he teaches leaders to demand much from themselves and little from others, so they could establish a peaceful and content nation.
I think that these teachings are very useful for any person who is looking to achieve a moral life. Personally, I learned a lot of this important phrase “What you do not wish to yourself do not do to others”, this phrase is the base for having a good and respectful relationship with any person. It teaches to have conscious about the needs of the people around you. Also it teaches how to live in harmony, being kind and behaving, to earn the respect, obedience and affection of the beloved ones.

The Panchatantra

The Panchatantra is a collection of tales and proverbs that give advice about how a ruler should treat their subjects. An Indian fable is a short, simple tale that teaches a lesson about a conduct. This lesson is called a moral. “Numskull and the rabbit” tells the story of a cruel lion king named Numskull and a clever rabbit that tricks him in order to save the other animals of the forest.
We think that the fables are helpful because with them we can recognize our mistakes and correct them. With all the lessons taught in the fables we can improve ourselves as persons. For example, in “Numskull and the rabbit” we learned that to be a loved and respectful person is essential to be humble and respect the others, because you cannot expect from others what you do not give them. We also learned that there are more important things than just the power that only benefits you and this only leads you to be lonely like the lion. In conclusion, Panchatantra helped us to stop being selfish and we think that with this lesson we are going to improve our lives.
